Site Types

ERSINVEST GROUP focuses on heavy industrial and Energy sites containing infrastructure with rail access. Our creative approach to repurposing sites paves the way to drive economic development and create new jobs and industry.

Targeted Developments

Transportation-driven Projects - sites with rail, highway and water access.
Opportunity-driven Projects - vacant land or sites with existing structures in any markets, including remote. Grid connection, close access to Interstate Highway System and on-site rail access preferred.

Targeted Acquisitions

Value-add Projects - required redevelopment of an existing industrial, energy, commercial or brownfield site.
Vacant Land Projects - land which could provide for industrial development projects of 150,000 to 1,000,000 square feet. Sites should be well located, have highway or major road exposure, and provide adequate access for a development project.
Power Plants - energy sites requiring retirement and decommissioning, large ash landfills preferred.
